This work was done as part of an internship at Strategic Design Scenarios, a policy design studio based in Brussels, Belgium. The publication brought together different initiatives, ideas, NGOs, actions, and organisations all around the Region Hauts-de-France working on food solidarity.

The graphic design of the publication builds a bridge between the institutional communication style of French administrative bodies and the grassroots character of many of these initiatives. Hand drawings, a playful use of color, and comic-like chapter pages reflect the beauty that can emerge from the tension between different actors: on the narrow ridge between professional legislative work and on-the-ground social work.
